SS011 - Laboratory Skills for Science

This short residential school provides the opportunity for laboratory-based practical work, helping to build confidence in practical science techniques including recording, reporting and interpreting data.

SS021 - Laboratory Skills for Chemistry

This is the optional short residential school associated with S215. Some subject specific knowledge is required for this module and you should either be currently studying S215 or have previously completed S215 or its predecessor S205.

SS022 - Laboratory Skills for Biology and Health

A short lab-school providing the opportunity for laboratory-based practical work. The school focuses on the acquisition of, and screening for, antibiotic resistance in bacterial populations. It build on learning outcomes from modules such as S294 and SXHL288.
