Professional biography

I am a PhD student studying carbonates in ungrouped carbonaceous chondrites.

2021-2022 - Masters by Research at the University of Glasgow where I studied shock deformation in feldspars from the Chiculub Impact Structure.

2017-2020 - BSc in Environmental Earth Science from Aberystwyth University

Research interests

Carbonates in ungrouped carbonaceous chondrites: - This is my current area of research where I am studying carbonate minerals (identified in selected ungrouped CCs) and will be investigating the formation and aqueous alteration history of these samples.

Shock deformation: - Previous research has been into deformation features found in feldspars from the Chicxulub Impact Structure.
