Professional biography

I am a geologist working as a staff tutor and associate lecturer in the School of Environment, Earth and Ecosystem Sciences and I'm interested in a wide range of Earth Science and teaching topics. 

My background is in sedimentology and prior to joining the OU in 2021, I was a lecturer at the University of Liverpool and worked as a sedimentologist at CGG (now Viridien) before that.

I have a PhD in physical sedimentology from the University of Bangor (Wales) in collaboration with the Turbidites Research Group at the University of Leeds.
