STEM Freshers' Ask us anything: STEM Associate Deans

The STEM Freshers' events are back for October 2025!

Whether you're new, returning after a break, or continuing with us, this session will have something for everyone. Four of our Associate Deans will be answering your questions on everything from curriculum and the student experience to how policies are made within the faculty! 

STEM’s new Executive Dean, Mike Fernando, will host this year’s “Ask us anything” panel event! This year, we have four of STEM’s Associate Deans who cover Curriculum, Student Experience, work with Associate Lecturers, and the Faculty Strategy for how we operate.

After a brief introduction from each Associate Dean, outlining the scope of their portfolios, students will have the opportunity to ask questions to both the Associate Deans and the Executive Dean. While questions should primarily be directed at the ADs about their portfolio’s work, Mike will be happy to answer questions where he can.
